The Value of a Coach

Our lives are so busy and sometimes scattered between our work,  family time, exercise, spiritual practice, community service, hobbies and our social life (a what?).  With all this juggling it’s a challenge to focus on ourselves. That’s where a coach comes in.

Coaches can help you look deeper at issues that might be holding you back in your personal or professional life. A coach will hold you accountable to action steps towards change. A coach  brings an outside perspective, can help enhance your decision-making skills and build your confidence.

My professional coaching organization did a study on the benefits to coaching and found that 96% of the folks who hired a coach would do it again. Here are some of the highlights of the study:

    You are right, the services of a coach are invaluable. But the challenge is to find one who is both able and dependable.

    I agree – it is such a quickly growing industry – that it will be our responsibility to help educate consumers on what to look for in a quality coach. Your thoughts?
